I live just over 130 mile round trip from McFadden Perry, and chose them purely on I didn't have to visit the office (although the option was there), they responded promptly to telephone calls and emails, and all documents were posted/signed and returned. They were very supportive on move day, when I received a telephone call at 09:15 to advise the money transfer had been completed successfully and I should expect the keys to be released. Even when the vendor had not vacated the property, they still remained in contact throughout advising what our next steps were to take. Although we have just moved; I'll definitely be going back to McFadden Perry! Today's technology has provided opportunities that otherwise we would simply have to give local solicitors "the going rate"; McFadden Perry breaks this myth providing a J8' class service for a really low fixed price that's well worth the money!
